Quality of Life

Hitchcock - The Place to Be
Hitchcock is a growing community because of its location, diversity, and quality of life. Our community enjoys about 212 days of sunshine each year and is located along the Texas Gulf Coast between Houston and Galveston.

Temperate year-round weather allows outdoor enthusiasts plenty of opportunities for great fishing, sailing, jet skiing, camping, birding, hiking, biking, kayaking, surfing, and golf. Whether boating at Clear Lake (boasting the 3rd largest concentration of pleasure boats in the United States) or surfing the waters of Galveston Bay.
